Metal roofs, shingle roofs and honest repairs for Scandinavia, WI homeowners. Family owned since 2002, and estimates are always free.
Everything we do on a roof, done by crews who have been doing it the same careful way since 2002.
A skylight has to be woven into the roof, not caulked to it. That is the difference between a fix that lasts a season and one that holds.
Lifted panels, missing shingles, flashing that has given up where the chimney comes through. We find what is actually wrong, fix that, and leave the rest of your roof alone.
A metal roof is the one that outlives the mortgage. We install exposed fastener panels and standing seam over solid decking and real underlayment, with around twenty standard colors to choose from.
The edge of a roof is where most trouble starts. New fascia, new soffit, wrapped or painted so it stays sound.
Water runs along decking and rafters before it ever drips, so the stain is rarely under the hole. We trace the leak back to where it really starts and fix that.
Slate and tile take patience and matching pieces. We replace broken and slipped units and rework the flashing they hide.
Hard wind lifts shingles and works panel fasteners loose along the edges, which is exactly where the next storm gets underneath. We refasten, replace and reseal.
Not every hailstorm ruins a roof. We look before we tell you anything, and if the damage is only cosmetic we will say that too.
Wind and debris damage is not always obvious from the ground. We check the edges, the ridge, the valleys and the fasteners before telling you anything is fine.
The layer you never see is what keeps water out on the ugly days. We do not thin it out to save a few dollars on a bid.
A coating buys real years on the right roof and wastes money on the wrong one. We will tell you honestly which kind you are looking at.
We still shingle plenty of roofs. Cracked, curled and blown off shingles get replaced, and the valleys and flashing get reworked while we are up there.
Backed out screws, split washers, rust starting at a seam, a panel lifted at the eave. These are our roofs, and most of the time a repair is all it takes.
We match the guard to your trees and your gutter profile, and make sure water can still get in where it is supposed to.
When a roof is genuinely finished we replace it, and we say so plainly rather than dressing it up. Metal and shingle priced side by side so you can compare real numbers.
Inspections come free with an estimate. We would rather find the small problem this spring than replace a ceiling for you next winter.
Metal, shingle and low slope work on buildings where a leak costs you more than a wet ceiling. Free estimates, same as anywhere else.
Porch roofs, additions and low slope sections that hold water instead of shedding it. We rework the flashing, seal the seams, and get water moving again.
Temporary cover goes on fast, then we come back and make the permanent repair once we can see properly what we are working with.
Steam and hand work, never a hammer and chisel on your roof. Then we check the eaves for the damage the ice already did.
Metal is what we are known for. Since 2002 the bulk of our work has been standing seam and metal panel roofs, and it is still what most Scandinavia homeowners call us about. We measure on site, help you settle on a color, and set the panels straight.
We do shingle roofs too, and plenty of them. But if you have been thinking about a tin roof on your Scandinavia home, that is the conversation we enjoy most — panel type, color, trim, and what it is really going to cost.
Why people around Scandinavia call us back and send their neighbors our way.
The same family started this company putting metal roofs on neighbors houses in 2002. It has never been sold, franchised or handed off to a call center.
Around twenty standard metal colors, and the chart comes out with the estimate so you can hold it up against your siding and shutters before you commit.
You get a start date and we hold to it. If weather moves your job we call you, rather than leaving you watching the driveway.
A few backed out screws or a whole roof off a church — we take both. No job is too small to get the same crew and the same care.
Somebody comes out, measures, gets on the roof, and leaves you a written price. No charge, no obligation, and no number that expires if you do not sign today.
Straight answers to what Scandinavia homeowners ask us most often.
For most Scandinavia homes, yes. A metal roof costs more up front than shingles, but it usually outlives two or three shingle roofs, sheds rain and snow better, and does not peel off in a hard wind. We will price metal and shingle side by side so you can compare real numbers instead of guessing.
We do. After a storm we photograph the damage on your Scandinavia roof and write an itemized estimate you can hand to your adjuster. We do not file the claim for you and we will not promise you what an adjuster is going to approve — that is their call, not ours.
Often, yes. Plenty of the Scandinavia roofs we get called to look at need flashing reworked or a section refastened, not a whole new roof. We will tell you honestly which one you are looking at, and if it is repairable we would rather repair it.
A typical Scandinavia shingle roof runs roughly $8,000 to $18,000 in 2026 for an average single family home, and more if the deck has rot or the roof is steep and cut up with dormers. We do not price off a satellite photo — somebody comes out and measures.
Sometimes. If the decking is sound and there is only one layer of shingles, a Scandinavia metal roof can go over the top on purlins. If there is rot underneath or two layers already on, we tear off first — and we will tell you that before you sign, not halfway through.
Most Scandinavia metal roof jobs land somewhere between about $12,000 and $30,000 in 2026, depending on square footage, pitch, panel type and how much tear off there is. Standing seam runs higher than exposed fastener panels. We measure before we quote, and the estimate is free.
